Happening often and randomly:
- Are you using a third party download manager/-accelerator/website spider?
- Please turn it off as we do not support these, it may be opening too many connections at the same time
- Do you have too many downloads going at the same time?
- Reduce the number of downloads.
- Do you have too many tabs open with streaming content?
- Close the browser tabs you are not watching, each tab may be opening a connection to our servers.
If it happens when you access a specific scene:
- Please contact us by submitting a ticket - include the site this is happening on, and the scene Title or URL (you can copy this from the Address bar in your browser), and we will look into it.
